My boyfriend and I have been crossing paths since 1997. The last “ships passing in the night” moment before we started dating in January was this past New Year’s Eve when we both traveled from where we live to Austin, TX to party on 6th Street. We stayed in the same hotel and never saw each other. 14 days later, we met again for the 3rd time and I guess it was a charm because we finally started going out.

Someone i know at work was taken to meet his fiance's grandparents in a little village in the middle of England, and as they approached the house he realised that his grandparents used to live in the next house, and as children during the school summer holidays the two of them used to play together in the back garden.

My older sister and her ex-boyfriend dated for two years when they were in their mid-twenties but they ended up not working out.
