They use teleconverters, so it’s a 400mm that functions as an 800mm.

Those have to be perfect conditions for shooting. Such a heavy lens and body made weightless. Why have 3-4 bodies around your neck at an event? just let it go and it floats there. Anybody thing we'll soon have a new hot shoe device that makes our cameras weightless.

It's really funny to see him just flipping around a D3 with a 400mm f/2.8 attached to it like it was a pencil.
