And, posturing that &quot;We&#039;re just passing along what is being reported in the news.&quot; sounds very much like gossip.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I notice you&#039;ve cropped out the photographers copyright credit does this mean you don&#039;t have permission to publish the photo?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;In any case it is a noteworthy image.</description>

		<description>If the animal was trained, then no, it shouldn&#039;t be considered wildlife. But I don&#039;t see how baiting would make a difference. If all he did was use bait, that doesn&#039;t change the fact that the animal is wild.  It simply increased his chances at getting the shot.</description>
