		<description>I think the images really speak to a disconnect between the fashion/commercial industry and the classic American image of the suburban nuclear family--and comments negatively on the result of that dynamic on younger girls and mothers. Notice that the family, especially the father, is very diminutive in the frame, reflecting their daughter&#039;s new view of them.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I also like how the tone is cold and sad; though there are very vibrant colors in some of the photos, the editing and composition reflects the icy indifference of the model.</description>
