How Much Do You Make?
Here are the results of the piracy poll we asked last week:
Are you using pirated software for your photographic needs?
- All pirated (88 Votes)
- Mostly pirated (94 Votes)
- About equal (48 Votes)
- Mostly legitimate (58 Votes)
- All legitimate (192 Votes)
Total Voters: 478
I was a little surprised that “All legitimate” had the most votes, but then realized that people are probably better categorized into “pirate” and “non-pirate”. If you add up all the pirate answers, it turns out to be 287 pirate votes versus 191 non-pirate votes. This means about 60% of you pirate (at least a little).
Interesting.
This week’s poll is another demographics poll, like when we had an age poll. Here it is:
What is your annual income?
- < $10K (72 Votes)
- 10-15K (14 Votes)
- 15-25K (19 Votes)
- 25-50K (83 Votes)
- 50-75K (55 Votes)
- 75-100K (49 Votes)
- 100-150K (16 Votes)
- 150-200K (10 Votes)
- 200K+ (10 Votes)
Total Voters: 328
The results of this poll might be interesting in light of other polls we’ve conducted, such as how much you’ve spent on your photography.
Also, feel free to leave a comment telling us what you do for a living!
